Study of liver fat disease with heart and metabolism problems

This study looks at people with fatty liver disease and common health issues like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, or abnormal cholesterol. It may help researchers understand how liver fat and heart/metabolism problems relate and how they affect health over time.

NCT05962190Recruiting
Short-term extra fat intake to study liver metabolism

This study tests what happens to the liver and fat metabolism when you eat extra fat for a short time. It may help researchers understand how diet affects liver function and metabolism in otherwise stable adults.

NCT06211868Recruiting
Early heart disease risk study for adults 40-70

This study looks at whether changing your immune system, fats, and metabolism can lower your risk of early heart disease. It is for people with an intermediate to high risk score but who have not yet had a heart attack or stroke.

NCT06541132Recruiting
Liver fat and heart artery narrowing study

This study looks at whether the amount of fat in your liver, seen on an ultrasound, is linked to the severity of narrowing in your heart arteries. If you had a heart catheterization (angiography) and an abdominal ultrasound, your data may help researchers understand this connection.
