  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent
  • You are age 18–65
  • Your BMI is between 19 and 35
  • Your weight has stayed about the same for the last 3 months (no >5% loss or gain)
  • You do not have medical conditions or medications that affect the liver or body fat metabolism
  • You are not a current smoker and are not pregnant or nursing
