Who can take part
- You have advanced stomach cancer, and the cancer has continued to grow despite at least two earlier treatments (or you couldn't tolerate standard treatments).
- Your tumor must have high levels of a protein called HER2 (2+ or 3+ on a test called IHC).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans.
- You are 18 or older, in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself, ECOG 0-1), and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function must be within safe levels (your doctor will check with blood tests).
- You cannot have severe autoimmune disease, a history of lung scarring, active tuberculosis, or be pregnant/breastfeeding.
