Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • You are overweight due to excess body fat, as judged by a doctor.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and your HbA1c (a diabetes blood test) is below 6.5%.
  • Your body weight has not changed by more than 5% in the last 3 months (for example, no recent strict diet or weight loss program).
  • You have not taken or stopped taking certain diabetes or weight-loss medicines (like incretin or amylin therapies) due to side effects.
