Who can take part

  • You have a single upper front tooth (between your first premolars on the left and right) that cannot be saved and needs to be removed.
  • You are between 21 and 65 years old.
  • You have good oral hygiene and your gums are healthy (bleeding on probing less than 10%).
  • You are willing to come back for check-ups for one year after the implant.
  • The bone on the front side of the tooth (labial bone) is at least 1 millimeter thick, as seen on a CT scan.
  • You do not have an active infection, gum disease, bone defects, or a history of radiation or certain medications (like bisphosphonates) in the jaw area.
