Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75 with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has come back or spread.
- Your tumor must have a DNA repair problem called homologous recombination deficiency (HRD), found through a genetic test.
- You have had at least 1 but no more than 2 prior cancer treatments; you must have received a taxane chemotherapy at some point.
- You can swallow pills and have a tumor sample available for testing.
- You have not been treated before with immune checkpoint inhibitors or PARP inhibitors like olaparib.
- You do not have serious health problems like uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, or active infections.
