- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have an advanced solid tumor that shows EGFR (a protein) on its cells
- Standard treatments have failed, or you cannot take them, or they are not available
- You are physically able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1)

- Your blood, liver, kidney, and heart functions are within certain limits
