Who can take part
- You must have advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or you are unable to tolerate them.
- You must have at least one tumor that has not been treated with radiation or other local therapy and can be measured on scans.
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old, have a life expectancy of more than 3 months, and be in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must not have severe allergies to any drugs used in the study, including contrast agents or the study drug components.
- You must not have had cancer treatment (like chemotherapy or radiation) within 28 days before starting the study, except for certain local radiation for pain.
- You must not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or significant heart or lung problems, and you cannot have had an organ transplant.
