  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome
  • You have had back pain for at least 3 months
  • You have tried other treatments (like physical therapy or medication) that didn't help enough
  • You do not have certain other conditions like fibromyalgia, shoulder problems, or a history of neck surgery
