  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have osteoporosis (weak bones) diagnosed by a doctor
  • You have had at least one fragility fracture—a break from a fall while standing, a minor bump, or one that happened without clear trauma
  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form to participate
  • You speak the language used in the study (Italian or English)
