- You have Parkinson's disease diagnosed by a specialist using standard criteria
- You are of Chinese descent (all four grandparents born in China)
- You experience predictable motor fluctuations, including morning off episodes that noticeably affect your daily life in the past 3 months
- Your Parkinson's severity falls in a specific moderate range (Hoehn and Yahr score 2–4 when off medication, ≤3 when on)
- You have not taken dopamine agonist medications (pills or patches) or Traditional Chinese Medicine within the last 4 weeks
- You have not had neurosurgery for Parkinson's (such as deep brain stimulation)
