Who can take part

  • You have advanced or unresectable solid cancer that hasn't responded well to standard treatments or you're not able to receive them
  • Your tumor can be measured on CT or MRI scans
  • You're in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • You're between 18 and 75 years old with at least 3 months expected lifespan
  • You haven't received other cancer treatments recently (timing depends on treatment type—typically 1-4 weeks)
  • You don't have serious heart, lung, or uncontrolled blood pressure problems
