Early study of KH617 for advanced brain and solid tumors

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign informed consent
  • Have advanced (not curable by surgery) solid cancer, or a recurrent/progressive adult diffuse glioma/GBM, with measurable targets on scan
  • Have good enough blood counts and organ function on recent lab tests (for example: hemoglobin, platelets, liver and kidney tests)
  • Have recovered from past cancer treatment side effects (no serious ongoing acute toxicity)
  • Have an expected lifespan of at least 3 months
  • For brain involvement: have at least one measurable/trackable brain lesion and be able to do daily activities (KPS 60 or higher)
