Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older
- You have sarcopenia (age-related loss of muscle mass and strength), diagnosed by a doctor
- Your thinking and memory are normal to mildly affected (score of 24–30 on a cognitive test)
- You do not have neurological disorders like Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or stroke
- You can safely move your ankle and participate in stretching exercises without severe pain or restriction
- You are not currently receiving other physical therapy treatments
