  • You are a woman age 60 or older
  • You live in the community (not in a care facility)
  • You must be enrolled in the GPR (a local health registry)
  • You do not have neuromuscular diseases like muscular dystrophy
  • You have not had recent abdominal surgery
  • You have no metal implants that could interfere with measurements
  • You do not have unstable heart or blood vessel conditions
  • You have not already taken part in another exercise program
