Who can take part
- You are pregnant and at least 20 years old
- Your cesarean section is scheduled in advance (not an emergency)
- You have mild to moderate health conditions (ASA class 2–3), not serious complications
- You do not have placenta previa or expected heavy bleeding during surgery
- You do not have a singleton pregnancy with complications like multiple babies, early delivery before 36 weeks, or known fetal problems
- You do not have chronic breathing problems like severe asthma or COPD that require regular oxygen
