  • You are pregnant with one baby and at least 37 weeks along
  • You are 18 to 45 years old
  • You have a BMI of 35 or less
  • You are scheduled for a planned C-section with spinal anesthesia
  • You are in good health aside from pregnancy (ASA II status)
  • You have not regularly practiced meditation, yoga, or mindfulness before
