- You are 65–85 years old
- A doctor has diagnosed you with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis (confirmed by X-ray)
- Your knee pain is moderate (4–7 out of 10) and affects your daily life
- You can put on and take off a wearable device and use it daily at home
- You are willing to stop other pain treatments (like pain creams, TENS machines, or pain pills) during the study
- You do not have a pacemaker, open wounds on your knee, numbness in your knee, bleeding disorders, or recent knee surgery
