This study collects medical information and samples from patients with podocytopathy—a type of autoimmune kidney disease that causes protein leakage into urine. Researchers will analyze your medical records and any blood or kidney tissue samples you've already had to better understand the disease and find better treatments.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with podocytopathy or one of its types (minimal change disease, FSGS, collapsing glomerulopathy, or diffuse mesangial sclerosis)
- You have nephrotic syndrome (which means protein is leaking into your urine) or a kidney biopsy confirming one of the kidney diseases listed above
- You are willing to share your medical records, lab results, and any discharge summaries from hospitals or clinics
- You are able to provide blood and/or kidney tissue samples if you've already had them collected as part of your regular medical care
- You (or your parent/legal guardian if you're under 18) sign a consent form agreeing to participate
- You are being treated at one of the participating medical centers
