Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack)
- You experienced sustained ventricular arrhythmia—either ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation (dangerously fast or chaotic heartbeats)—during the acute phase of your heart attack
- Your dangerous heart rhythm occurred before you were discharged from the hospital
- Your heart attack occurred between January 1, 2012 and April 14, 2024
