Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease (narrowing of heart arteries) with at least 50% blockage in two or more areas, or have had a previous heart attack.
- You have at least one of these: diabetes requiring medication, chronic kidney disease, or peripheral artery disease (blockages in leg arteries).
- You are able to understand and follow the study plan and sign a consent form.
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- You do not have a life-threatening illness expected to shorten your life to less than 12 months.
- You have not taken part in any other drug or device clinical trial in the last 3 months.
