This trial compares two immune-boosting drugs (HLX18 and Opdivo, also called nivolumab) in patients who have had surgery to remove certain cancers—including esophageal, melanoma, or bladder cancer—with no signs of cancer remaining. The goal is to see which drug helps prevent the cancer from coming back.

Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 and body mass index (BMI) between 18–30 kg/m²
  • One of three cancer types: esophageal or gastric junction cancer (after chemoradiotherapy and surgery), melanoma stage IIB–IV (after complete surgery), or high-risk bladder cancer (after surgery)
  • Complete surgical removal of the cancer (R0 resection) with no signs of cancer on imaging or physical exam within 4 weeks before starting treatment
  • Good overall health and organ function; no active heart, lung, liver, kidney, or immune-system problems
  • Never received nivolumab, Opdivo, or similar immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs before
  • No other active cancers, no transplant history, no active infections (HIV, hepatitis B/C, or tuberculosis)
