Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to or is not eligible for standard treatments.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor on a scan within the last 4 weeks.
- You must be in fairly good physical condition (able to do light activity, like walking).
- You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a past biopsy or have a new biopsy taken.
- You must have no history of other cancers in the last 2 years, except for some early-stage cancers like cured skin cancer.
- You must not have serious eye diseases, lung inflammation, or uncontrolled heart problems.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
- You must not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
- You must not have had major surgery or certain other treatments within the past 4 weeks before starting the study.
