Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer confirmed by biopsy that has failed at least one line of standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate or refused standard therapy
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor lesion that can be tracked on imaging scans
- You are in relatively good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) with an expected survival of at least 3 months
- You must wait at least 28 days after major surgery, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy before starting the study drug (shorter wait times for some other treatments)
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function meet minimum safety requirements on recent lab tests
- You must provide a tumor tissue sample (from prior biopsy or fresh biopsy) for testing of specific cancer markers
