- You have normal blood sugar levels (HbA1c below 6.5% and fasting glucose below 7 mmol/L)
- You have no serious heart, liver, or other major medical conditions (fatty liver is okay)
- You have not used weight-loss medications or GLP-1 drugs (like Ozempic or Mounjaro) in the past 6 months
- If you can have children, you agree not to try to conceive and to use contraception for 7 months after the last study dose
