Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, primary myelofibrosis, or chronic myeloid leukemia
  • Your cancer has been stable on current treatment for at least 8 weeks
  • You experience significant fatigue related to your blood cancer
  • You have not done structured exercise or rehabilitation in the past 3 months
  • Your blood counts meet minimum safety levels (hemoglobin above 10 and platelets above 100,000)
