Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a lung condition)
- Your COPD has been stable for at least 4 weeks with no sudden flare-ups or worsening
- You are physically able to participate in exercise training with guidance from the study team
- You have not had a serious heart condition that would make exercise unsafe for you
