This study tests a new drug called MK-1045 for people with follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (two types of blood cancer) that hasn't responded to at least two previous treatments. Who can take part

  • Your lymphoma has either come back after treatment or didn't respond to at least 2 previous treatments
  • You have follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma confirmed by a tissue sample
  • If you have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, you either can't have or have already tried stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapy
  • You don't have lymphoma in your brain or nervous system
  • If you have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, it must be controlled or undetectable with medication
  • You don't have a history of serious heart, blood vessel, or brain problems
