  • First stroke diagnosis within the last 6 months
  • Age between 25 and 65 years old
  • Able to understand and follow spoken instructions
  • Arm stiffness measured at a moderate level (not completely rigid or normal)
  • No previous strokes or recurrent stroke history
  • No severe contractures (permanent muscle tightening), deformities, or chronic arm pain
