Adults With Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration

  • Age 50–89 years old
  • Have wet AMD in at least one eye that has never been treated before
  • Vision between 20/40 and 20/320 in the study eye
  • Clear enough eye tissue to get good quality imaging of the retina
  • Willing to use contraception if of childbearing potential
  • No recent eye surgery, cancer, stroke, or major infection
