- You are currently imprisoned in one of the participating prisons in Paraguay
- You are 18 years old or older
- You will be present at the prison during a screening round or will enter the prison during the study period
- You are willing to give informed consent (agree in writing to participate)

- You do not have a medical condition that would make TB screening tests unsafe for you
