Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older with breast cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed
- Your cancer is HER2-negative (a specific protein marker on cancer cells)
- You have received prior chemotherapy with certain drugs (anthracyclines or taxanes) and have progressed on or could not tolerate an antibody-drug conjugate treatment
- You have had no more than 4 previous chemotherapy treatments
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion that can be tracked on imaging
- Your overall health and organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney) meet specific thresholds
