Neratinib plus fulvestrant and eribulin for advanced breast cancer
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs—neratinib (a pill), fulvestrant (an injection), and eribulin (chemotherapy)—for people with advanced breast cancer that is both HER2-positive and hormone receptor-positive, and that has not responded to the drug T-DXd.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs—eribulin (a chemotherapy) and sintilimab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system attack cancer)—as a first treatment for women with advanced HER2-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
This trial studies whether adding anlotinib (a targeted medicine) to fulvestrant (a hormone-blocking injection) can improve outcomes for people with advanced HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. It focuses on safety and effectiveness when cancer has returned or progressed after hormone treatments.
This trial tests a combination of two cancer drugs (eribulin and anlotinib) for women whose breast cancer has spread and stopped responding to previous treatments, particularly antibody-drug conjugates. The study aims to see if this combination can help slow or shrink the cancer.
This trial tests adding a drug called neratinib to standard hormone therapy for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (ER+/HER2-, low MLH1). The goal is to see if this combination works better than hormone therapy alone to slow or stop the cancer from growing.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and fulvestrant) for people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to previous hormone therapy. The goal is to see if this new combination can help shrink or control the cancer.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs—entinostat and fulvestrant—for women with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor. The goal is to see if this combo can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.
