Fully Closed Loop Insulin Pump for Type 2 Diabetes

Who can take part

  • You are 18–75 years old
  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months and have been taking insulin for at least 3 months
  • You have not used an automated insulin pump in the past 3 months
  • Your blood sugar control (A1C) falls within a specific range based on your current insulin type
  • You can commit to wearing the pump continuously for 26 weeks and using only study-approved insulins and glucose sensors
  • You do not have severe recent low blood sugar episodes (more than one in the past 6 months) or serious medical conditions that would make pump use unsafe
