Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) — ongoing physical, mental, or emotional issues after an ICU stay.
- You were recently moved from the ICU to a high dependency unit (HDU).
- Your medical team has access to both your admission and discharge records from the HDU.
