Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with post-intensive care syndrome (weakness, cognitive problems, or mood changes after ICU stay)
- You have recently been transferred from the ICU to a high-dependency unit (HDU)—a step-down care area
- Your hospital has complete admission and discharge records for you
- You survived at least 24 hours after admission to the HDU
