Who can take part
- Your pancreatic cancer must have spread to other parts of your body (metastatic)
- Your cancer must have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS G12D (confirmed by biopsy or cell sampling)
- You have not received any chemotherapy or other cancer treatments for your metastatic disease
- You are in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough for treatment
- You do not have cancer that has spread to your brain, or it is not currently active
