Who can take part
- Age 18 or older and able to give informed consent
- Pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, diagnosed within the last 6 weeks
- Your cancer must have the specific KRAS G12D genetic mutation
- Good overall health and ability to perform daily activities (no more than minimal limitations)
- No prior chemotherapy or cancer drugs for advanced pancreatic cancer
- Able to swallow and take oral medications, with organs (liver, kidneys, bone marrow) functioning adequately
