Bone Graft With Growth Factor for Dental Implants

Peri-implant Bone and Soft Tissues

Part of Mouth & dental clinical trials.

This study tests a special bone-graft material mixed with a healing protein (erythropoietin) placed around new dental implants. The goal is to help the bone around your implant grow better and look more natural after tooth extraction.

Bone graft with or without erythropoietin for immediate front tooth implant

This study tests whether adding erythropoietin (a protein that helps healing) to a bone graft improves results for people getting an immediate dental implant in the upper front teeth. It compares the graft alone versus the graft plus erythropoietin.

NCT07514871Not yet recruiting
Bone healing with advanced grafting for front tooth implants

This study tests a new way to place dental implants in your front upper teeth using bone-grafting material and a technique that preserves more of your natural tooth. Researchers will track how well your bone heals and how stable the implant becomes.

Gel and bone graft for preserving jawbone after tooth removal

This study tests a new combination of materials (a special gel and a bone graft) used after tooth extraction to help preserve the bone in your jaw for a future dental implant. It aims to see if this approach keeps the bone strong and healthy compared to standard treatment.

NCT07367464Recruiting
Bone Grafting Methods for Upper Jaw Implants

This trial tests two ways to rebuild the jawbone so there's enough space for a tooth implant. One method uses a mix of man-made bone and donated bone, the other uses man-made bone and your own bone chips. It might help you if you need more bone for an implant in your upper jaw.

NCT07150858Recruiting
New bone graft material for sinus lift with implant

This trial tests a new combination of materials (erythropoietin, albumin, and platelet-rich fibrin) to help rebuild bone in the upper jaw during a sinus lift procedure. If you need a dental implant but have limited bone height, this approach may allow the implant to be placed at the same time as the lift.

NCT06643468Enrolling by invitation
ALB-PRF with bone grafts for immediate dental implants

This trial tests whether using a special protein-rich blood product (ALB-PRF) with two different types of putty-like bone grafts helps improve the success of dental implants placed right after a tooth is removed in the front upper jaw. It may help people who need a tooth replaced in the 'smile zone' and have good oral health.
