Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with PTSD confirmed by clinical interview
  • PTSD symptom severity score of 35 or higher
  • Age 18–70 years
  • Stable on PTSD medications for 3+ months, or not taking PTSD medications
  • Have a regular psychiatrist, therapist, or mental health provider overseeing your care
  • Willing to wear the nVNS device as instructed and attend all follow-up visits
