- You have been diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (a specific type of esophageal cancer) confirmed by biopsy
- You have already received immunotherapy treatment for your cancer
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
- Your organ function (liver, kidney, blood cells, heart) is adequate based on recent blood tests and imaging
- You are 18 years or older and in reasonably good health (can do light activities)
- You do not have untreated cancer in your brain, severe uncontrolled pain, or active infections
