  • You are 40 years old or older.
  • You have at least 3 risk factors for stroke, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, or being overweight.
  • You can read and write well enough for primary school level.
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone.
  • You are willing to complete all study activities and follow-up visits.
  • You have no memory or thinking problems (like dementia) or other serious health issues that would make it hard to participate.
