Who can take part

  • You have relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) diagnosed using McDonald criteria
  • You are between 20 and 40 years old
  • You can walk continuously for at least 6 minutes without a cane, walker, or other walking aid
  • Your MS disability level (EDSS score) is between 2.0 and 5.0
  • You have not had an MS relapse in the past month
  • You are not currently taking corticosteroid medications for MS
