Who can take part
- Woman assigned female at birth, age 18 or older
- Confirmed metastatic (spread) or locally advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative
- Past menopause (naturally, surgically, or by medication)
- Previous treatment with at least one hormone therapy, at least one CDK4/6 inhibitor, and no more than two chemotherapy regimens for metastatic disease
- Cancer showing growth on your most recent treatment
- Willingness to have tumor biopsies (small tissue samples) taken at the start and during treatment
- Good overall health (able to do light activities) with life expectancy of at least 3 months
