JSKN016 and D-0502 for HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HR-positive (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative
  • Your cancer has a measurable tumor outside the brain
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0-1)
  • Your cancer has progressed after treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy
  • You are postmenopausal, or premenopausal and willing to receive ovarian suppression
