Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HR-positive (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative
- Your cancer has a measurable tumor outside the brain
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0-1)
- Your cancer has progressed after treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy
- You are postmenopausal, or premenopausal and willing to receive ovarian suppression
