Who can take part
- You are pregnant and before 17 weeks
- You receive prenatal care at NYU Langone Health Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates
- You are between 18 and 50 years old
- You are carrying one baby (not twins or multiples)
- Your doctor says you are at high risk for preeclampsia and would normally take aspirin during pregnancy
- You do not have a bleeding disorder, severe anemia, or blood clotting problems
