Who can take part

  • You are 20–40 years old
  • You are 6 weeks to 6 months after giving birth (vaginal or C-section)
  • You have had at least two children (not your first pregnancy)
  • You have sacroiliac joint pain confirmed by specific physical tests your doctor can perform
  • You have no pelvic fractures, recent pelvic surgery, or neurological/rheumatologic conditions
  • You are able to participate in active exercises and hands-on physical therapy
