Who can take part

  • Advanced lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) confirmed by biopsy or pathology, not curable by surgery
  • Previously treated with tislelizumab plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment, with disease that worsened at least 6 months after starting that treatment
  • Good overall health status (able to do light daily activities with minimal assistance) and expected to live more than 6 months
  • Suitable for microwave ablation procedure as determined by the study doctor
  • Normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function; no recent heart attacks, strokes, or serious bleeding
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding; willing to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment
