Who can take part
- Advanced lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) confirmed by biopsy or pathology, not curable by surgery

- Good overall health status (able to do light daily activities with minimal assistance) and expected to live more than 6 months

- Not pregnant or breastfeeding; willing to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment
