Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • You have back pain in your lower or mid-back that has lasted more than 12 weeks
  • Your pain level is at least 4 on a 0-10 scale
  • You speak Finnish well enough to complete surveys and participate in the course
  • You do not have plans for back surgery in the near future
  • You are not currently pregnant and have not given birth in the last 12 months
