  • Age 18 or older
  • Confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer (any stage)
  • Scheduled to receive standard cancer treatment (surgery and/or chemotherapy/targeted therapy)
  • Able to safely perform an exercise test on a stationary bike or treadmill
  • No serious heart or lung problems that would make exercise unsafe
  • Able to sign an informed consent form
