- Age 18–65 years old
- Diagnosed with ME/CFS with post-exertional malaise (symptom flare-up after activity lasting 14+ hours)
- Moderate-to-severe functional impairment (not completely bedridden)
- Blood tests show specific autoantibodies (immune proteins) related to your condition
- Already scheduled to receive immunoadsorption treatment with TheraSorb column
- No active serious infections (COVID, HIV, hepatitis) or other major diseases like heart failure or cancer
