  • Age 18–65 years old
  • Diagnosed with ME/CFS with post-exertional malaise (symptom flare-up after activity lasting 14+ hours)
  • Moderate-to-severe functional impairment (not completely bedridden)
  • Blood tests show specific autoantibodies (immune proteins) related to your condition
  • Already scheduled to receive immunoadsorption treatment with TheraSorb column
  • No active serious infections (COVID, HIV, hepatitis) or other major diseases like heart failure or cancer
